Information on processing of your personal data
I hereby inform you that we process your personal data.

I. Personal data controller
We, Lagardere Duty Free sp. z o.o. seated in 02-486 Warsaw, ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie 174, are the Controller of your personal data.

a) the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;

If in your opinion there is no reason for us to process your data, you can request that we remove it;

You can demand that we limit the processing of your personal data only to store them or perform actions agreed upon with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data about you or we process them unjustifiably; or you do not want us to remove them because you need them to establish, assert or defend claims; or for the time you objected to the processing of data;
e) the right to object to the processing of data:
“Marketing” objection. You have the right to object to the processing of your data in order to conduct direct marketing. If you exercise this right – we will stop processing your data for this purpose.
Objection due to the special situation. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data based on a legitimate interest for purposes other than direct marketing. You should then indicate to us your special situation, which in your view justifies the cessation of the processing subject to your objection. We will cease to process your data for these purposes, unless we demonstrate that the basis for processing your data is superior to your rights or that we are required to establish, assert or defend claims;
f) the right to transfer data (if granted), which you provided under the agreement or your consent, if they are processed in an automated manner and technical means allow it.
g) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
If you find that we are processing your data unlawfully, you can submit a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority;
h) the right to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data.
At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of these personal data which we process based on your consent, at any time. Withdrawal of the consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which has been made on the basis of your consent prior to such withdrawal.
